ya cahill and aloisi made the difference...kawaguchi kept japan in the game for a long time tho, he made some good saves esp from the viduka freekick

I thought the game was going to end 0-1 to Japan. Couldn't believe 3 goals came in the last 6 minutes. If Australia lost that first game they had basically no chance of making it through to the second round.

I'm really happy for Australia, you know, the country where I was born & now I'm here in Poland, man the Polish team is a disgrace, they're a fucking let down, definately one of the worst teams in soccer right now.Fuck em.So yeah, once again I'm glad Australia did well.

I don't think Poland are that bad, they hit cross bar twice in the last few minutes against Ecuador. They played really well during the qualifiers also. I still can't understand why they left the striker out of their team that scored most of their goals in qualifing.
