your screwed either way, if your guilty and caught, and you deny, its worse on you, because then your a criminal and a lier, so its like you commited 2 crimes. trust me, ive seen it from both points of views, my family, friends and neighbors have histories with jail and police officers, and I WANTED TO BE A COP once upon a time. Tell me this, what if you deny all the facts, they have testimony from 2 witnesses, and evidence against you. you are found guilty, now since the judge had to draw out all those facts, do you think he is going to want to give you a leaneant sentence? hell no, because you just wasted his time making the prosecution prove you did it, and the prosecutor will push for a harsh sentence because you made him work hard to prove you did it.
Why deal with bullshit when you know your guilty and caught?
