2nd part is EASY TO SAY,BUT HARD TO DO.....

why deal with all the hassle of going to court when your caught and are going to get sentenced to jail anyway? Only people who use stuff like this are people who are guilty, if you are honest, the prosecution will be good with you and the cop arresting you will tell that to them, but if your an asshole to the cops, then just like an asshole you are going to get fucked, and the cop will tell the prosecutor that and you are done for.
