That error. If you look at the threads/day ratio you will see that within the month's build-up to the section-split it was not moving slow at all.

Of course not...That's because the World Cup is taking place right now. Those were the threads getting the most action, only due to the fact that Laker season was over, and then the NBA season ended as well. Other topics were still moving slow...Now that the World Cup has its own section, Laker/NBA threads pretty much contribute to the majority of this boards speed. Watch how much quicker this section will move in November...PeACe

My point is you can't solely tribute the lack of Lakers action/threads to the speed of the board. I could have been posting plenty of non-world cup related football stories on here but I haven't.  And that is one of the most major reasons why it's been dull and moving slowly.  As no-one can deny I contribute a lot of threads to the S&E section (whether you like them or not), but you would have to go to page 3 of the S&E section to find a thread I have posted recently (excluding the sticky thread). Proving that a lack of speed on the S&E section is down to me not posting about football stories all the time.

LMAO...Don't flatter yourself, son. The only reason all your threads got replies was because there was no section for the World Cup. If you make a bunch of soccer threads in here NOW, this section really wont be moving any faster, because they won't be getting the replies...You'll actually be fucking it up more by pushing topics to the bottom and replacing them with topics of no interest to the majority. This board was moving at good speeds WAY before you even registered here...

Like I said, this forum got annoyingly too fast when you flooded the front page with numerous soccer topics, when many people don't care about soccer...The forum was at a nice, balanced pace this year up until the Lakers exited the playoffs in early May...Then this board started going a little slow, but at a decent pace (mostly due to the NBA playoffs)...Then World Cup came along and you started bumping down a bunch of threads and having a post spasm...Then the NBA Finals ended...Then the split happened. Now it's moving at a pretty slow pace...It's not rocket-science, but you obviously gave yourself way too much credit...PeACe
