I think he was without a doubt the best striker til his 1st injury with Inter.. remember him when he played for PSV, Barηa and Inter, dude was a monster. After that, it's obvious he couldn't be at the same level, he's still great and amongst the best 5 strikers... I had the chance to see him  ,

He might be slowly declining, but he's still scoring goals, they might not be as spectacular as before, but the stats speaks for themselves:
