i thought they made the track after biggie and them wasnt homiez no more, so they said fuck him he dead to us and made a RIP song.. lol but i dont know, anyways that song is pure dope

From what I understand, Notorious BIG got his name from another Biggie Smalls, who died before 2pac died, and this is who the song is dedicated to, supposedly.
