Thats also becuase Italy is in the semis and the fact that all Italians play for Italian clubs. Thats not known for other countries.

I know it sounds wierd but you know what I mean.

And 3 of the 5 italians are BUFFON, ZAMBROTTA and CANNAVARO. 3 starters in my TOP11 team of the WC. Quality stuff. And the main reason why Italy is there IMO.

Agree with that

Most of the players won't be at Juventus at the start of the season will they?

Hasn't Moggi admitted the fixing anyway? (not the first time that Mr Moggi has allegedly been involved in helping fix matches with the help of a referee)

They have a contract with us, lol. Nobody will leave.

No, never. And he was never being involved in helping fix matches with the help of a referee.

A lot of disinformation, here. But i understand it, italian press (who hates Juventus) did a great job.

They have a contract yes, but a number of them have relegation release clauses in them & they won't stay at Juve if they are playing in Serie B or Serie C

Players have the power with regards to transfers now not clubs & I don't expect UEFA or FIFA to back the clubs stopping players leaving due to problems that the club have got themselves in

Wasn't Moggi allegedly involved in a scandel involving referee's & prostitues? It was during season 1991-1992 when Moggi was involved with Torino, 3 UEFA cup games I believe

He or Torino were never convicted due to evidence and charges were dropped due to ;technical reasons', and Moggi has admitted to giving referee's presents before and said that this was 'normal practice'

No, none of them has that kind of release clause. Shit, we're Juventus, we don't make them clauses!! Nobody could have ever immagined us going to Serie B/C.

We can. The fact is we probably dont want to do it. In Serie B we have something like a salary cap rule. So we can't go to Serie B with the same salary. Some people will retire (Thuram, Nedved), somebody will get traded because of his big contract. But it's up to Juventus, not to the players.

It was. Roma gave refs some Rolex, Milan some cars, Torino some prostitutes.. But the fact it was a "normal pratice" means it wasnt an attempt to corrupt the ref. That's why he was innocent. I'll explain it better: if every fucking teams gives refs some prostitutes after the match, and they caught Moggi doing it, you can't say Moggi did it to buy the refs. Since they always have bitches, everywere they go. It's something like that. Anyway he was innocent, like i said.
