When I went away to college, I kept my girl that still had one more year in highschool.  It was 3 hours away.  It worked for about a month, but after I started meeting new friends shit fell apart fast.  I was cheatin and I'm sure she was too.  In my opinion its way more trouble than its worth.  Especially if you're young, go out and have fun.  You'll meet some new ass in your locale
