But hopefully kids from the under 18 team Canada that finished 3rd in the Under 18 WC are developing nicely. And we have the MLS MVP; De Rosorio, this guys good to0. Hargreave would've been nice in a defensive midfield role though

Not really, Greece won the Euro's and they probably took a considerable jump.

Fact is, whoever wins the WC, at that moment, are the best nation in the world. and these rankings were published days after.

I understand previous comes into it, but I think the whole FIFA ranking system is garbage.

ie: Nigeria 11th, and they failed to qualify for the WC..

I still don't see how USA is ranked Higher than Mexico. This shit is rigged and is only used for getting people phsyched up. If the US was ranked like 30th(which IMO should be) I think no one in the US would watch the World Cup
