I saw them live serveral times at the "Goodlife" in the 90's and they were incredible. Putting that pure improv into Hip-Hop was tight as hell. I felt like I was watching Charlie Parker and them back in the 40's. Why did'nt their Album sell? Their strength was "off the head" and thats why their album should have been a live album. Trying to create the next "Low end Theory" was'nt their strength. A live album would've showcased them perfectly.
