He is one of my favorite artist's ever but to be honest he never really was a good rapper, I still love listening to him but for example I was just listening to "In California" one of my fav songs ever and if you listen to Daz even in his prime he wasnt really all that.

Daz had a great flow back in the day; listen to his verses on What Would You Do?, Who Got Some Gangsta Shit? and Doggy Dogg World.

Even though Kurupt probably wrote his lyrics, his flow and delivery was excellent up to about 1999/2000

Yeah Daz's flow was always ice too me. I never had much of a problem with his lyricals either. But what was the point of making an entire thread dedicated to it. That's some hater shit homie. Ok, so he ain't the best rapper in the world, but why make a negative thread outta nowhere. That's why Cali ain't blowin, too much hate. Kinda like how there is 100 threads saying how whack Cali Iz Active is, but only 2-3 threads saying how good Same Day, Different Shit is? People should try to focus on the positive aspects of the West. We all want it too get big right? We all want westcoast rappers to move units right?
