Yeah? The trailer was disappointing... Miami Vice is too silly to take sriously, so I found it hard to treat fucking Colin Farrel with any seriousness... But would you recommend seeing it?

I liked it.  Don't expect an all action movie though.  The action in it though is really damn good.

yeah my homie saw it and walked out of the movie near the halfway point. he also said he wasnt the only one to walk out. lol

Wait and rent the movie, which is better than paying 10 bucks to see an action movie and walk out before they show all the action.  The action is worth the 10 bucks

I was really banking on this one being good, but it did suck.  I was about ready to walk out about half way through, but just said fuck it and stayed.  There was WAY too much bullshit in this movie.

The problem was there was no setup for the story, so I could give less of a fuck about any of the characters.  Like when Jamie Foxx's girlfriend was in the coma, who cared?.  She had only been in like 2 scenes prior to that, so we had no investment in that character.  Then the whole Colin Farrell/Asian chick forbidden love story, come on.  That was gay.  Yeah, there were a COUPLE of good action scenes, but this was like 10 times worse than I could have imagined it would be.
