Death Row has been done for along time now.. They were a pop culture. The Death Row pop culture is dead. They can sign Britney Spears, J-Lo, Justin Timberlake, Michael Jackson, 50 Cent to sell records BUT they will never be the same as they were in the 90s.

As far as them being a business, they are under the financial control of a trustee because Suge admitted that he aint looked at the books since pac died. Suge is just a figure head and the only thing he can do is 'sneak' funds and tracks to some of his affiliates so he can get paid under the table (like that new Scarface/2pac album compliation coming out). Eventually, Death Row as a business will get completely shut down.

I think it was supposed to be for his next and final album for Jive, still no word on that one though... He did a couple of mixtape songs, a couple of guest features and he has a new song out on an upcoming soundtrack...
