I think tha shitz real. or WAS real. rememba, Eihtz frum Rollin 60'z n Quik iz frum Treetop. so they already gonna have beef thru gang shit. n they both frum Compton. but frum wha i know, they squashed it all anywayz. by tha way...Itz "Quik" lol. not "Qwik". the first one is a rapper frum compton, tha second one...is a brand of chocolate milk LOL

I asked this very same question a long time ago. They said Quik said somethin' on some old mixtape that Eiht thought was about him. So I'm guessing MC Eiht took shots at Quik and that's how the beef started.

This beef was WAY real. Some of quik's homie drove up on eiht and pointed 357's and shit at him. Eiht just threw up his hands and he got a pass. Check out Safe and sound: Dollars and sense, and then listen to Rythm-a-lism "you's a gangsta" and you can see what went down... So yes, the beef was real, and almost ended up with eiht in a coffin.

shit like that do happen. but rememba, that WAS Quik'z wordz. so who knowz if it really happened that way, or if he was jus talkin shit. i wouldnt be surprised tho. one of mah ol homegirlz used tah kick it wit Quik (actually i think she was wit him tha day Mausberg got killed), n she tol me tha deal on him. n he fah real about that gangsta shit. but he jus tryna calm it down now, n have a family n all. so who really knowz. all i know is, u fuk around n talk that blood/crip shit on an album, n bang on a specific set...n frum out thiz way (kali), u betta be prepared fah tha outcome...
