Today, I'd like to familiarize ya'll with South Central rapper Grown Mo, who has been generating a buzz with his current mixtape "So Serious Vol. 1". He's been working closely with Bay Area producer Deep H2OZ, who's beats ya'll heard on some recent Prophet shit I brought ya'll.

I have two preview tracks from the mixtape for ya'll, the first called "Dubs Up", where Mo borrows Mack 10's "Like That" beat, and the second one called "Dre Shit", where he gets together with the Bay Area's Prophet and K-Bristo to wreck Dre's "Ackrite" beat. Check them out below:

He's currently working on "So Serious Vol. 2" with Dow Jones aswell as his label Bonfire Entertainment. He's also into acting, starting next to The Rock in the upcoming Gridiron Gang movie.

Grown Mo is ridiculous... everybody should take a listen. This is the west coast artist to watch!

There's also more tracks from Grown Mo on www.myspace.com/grownmo and I think all those tracks are dope. He's got a lot going on and it seems like he's about to be the next new West Coast king.

This Sunday, Grown Mo is performing at Level 3 in Hollywood... Prophet will also make an appearance.
