Well, this is what I do...

Right click on a pic you like, then you should be able to save it to a favorite.  Automatically, the pic is put into gif or jpg form ready to put up.  You copy the url and put it onto the part of your profile where it goes.

right click on the pic u like, click propaties, and copy the url

Click on PROFILE on the top, scrool down to your pic and paste the URL in tha box
