I'm going to Barcelona for a year, but on the way there, i have to spend a day in London, and i got nowhere to stay. The girl whose house i was supposed to stay at supposedly forgot that i was gonna be there, and she's not gonna be in town, i don't fuckin know. Anyway, i don't wanna spend 200 pounds in one day, so what options do i have? I'm gonna land in Heathrow at 11 in the morning, and leave from Gatwick airport at 2pm the following day. Are there cheap busses that go to these airports?? what are some cheap hotels that i could stay at?

Gatwick's a pretty big airport, .. I don't think there's overly much surrounding it though.
You got shops there, for magazines/papers/food/toilets, you'll find somewhere to do the essentials.

I'm sure you'll be "OK" for the day there, good luck w/ that.
