For me its 95, based on Dogg Food alone. Kurupt was just so nasty, that was my favorite cd. But you also got The Luniz- Operation Stackola, The Twinz, Brotha Lynch dropped Season of Da Sicness (his best cd) Too $hort Dropped Cocktails, Jayo Felony take a Ride with me came out...95 was great 

Yup my fav also! Spice also dropped his best album ever at the end of 94 and dropped another very good album at the end of 95.
