Never really played the Master League on 5, but I remember my team on 4 being something like

GK Pagiluca (reincarnated)
RB Cafu (reincarnated)
LB Clichy
CB King
CB Costacurta (reincarnated)
DM Fabregas
DM Flamini/Guardiola (reincarnated)
AM Van De Vaart
AM Maradona (from Argentina Legends)
CF Zola (reincarnated)
CF Eto/Ronaldo (was starting to get pretty slow though)

The problem was that after a while you kind of had to start buying the reincarnated players because all of the other players would start to deteriorate in their late twenties so they were always the best players. From what I played of master league on 5 they did seem to make the ageing affect a bit more realistic so you could probably go on for longer without buying them. I hope that on 6 they stop the reincarnation of players and being able to buy from the legends teams and just make it so new young players are created every year in the game that you can buy that aren't based on the current players, which would make the master league much more realistic.

Yeah the prob is if u were to play ure ML team against someone elses then their default stats are used.

so it's always handy to have ppl in ure team who start the game as legends rather than just turn into them after 10 years.

I see the point, but they should really just remedy that by making it so they play with their stats in your game, otherwise whats the point of loading your master league team in the first place. I hope they go a lot more realistic with the Master League system on the next game, hopefully just split the teams off into their domestic leagues and have UEFA Cup & Champions League equivalents you can play in. If they include 5-6 teams from Division One, Serie B, etc it means teams could be promoted and relegated and you could a more realistic domestic cup competition too. Obviously if your team gets relegated that would then be game over for you.
