stop eating fast food and work out. At my tops i was 235 pounds. Within 2-3 months i dropped 35 and was back down to 200 and i have kept it off for a year so far

ive been smokin bud for a while and i dont get hungry till i smoke. is this a serious health problem?? sumtimes i only eat like twice a day n ysterday i only ate 1 meal.

dude I had to stop smoking bud because it tried to stop my heart twice...........

vicadin gives me energy but the real one I like is that codiene shit,that is how I been losing weight

For real, man...I got eating problems, I think tree fucked my metabolism...Now it's hard for me to eat unless I blaze, and I usually eat small portions, cuz I get full quick...On top of that, I usually don't start eating until 1:00 PM or so...I have the opposite problem of ya'll, I need to gain, but I been stayin' the same for the last few years, even losing... $:-\$
