The point is, Lost COULD have ended the show after 2, 3 seasons but because of it popularity (i.e. the money it's making the channel) they will stretch it out.

Could end up being 10-15 seasons long!!

^^ i read somewhere that even before the first episode of lost aired, they already had enough material for 9 seasons....but i was thinking the same thing about prison break, unless theyve figured something out that none of us have, it cant run for more than 2 maybe 3 seasons

Prison break could always get more seasons by doing a different prison...with different people,  it could be a military jail or in a foreign country.
