The best beats on the album are "MLK", "Run On Up", "Appreciation", and "Keep It Gangsta"...PeACe

Yeaah I thought somebody used it....too bad it wasn't Nate on it.

But damm...Run up on us gave me chills when I first heard it....I played that the entire 2003 summer.

Yeah Chill really stepped his production skills up the past few years. He has had some nice beats on the last 2 MC Eiht albums. But yeah Fred Wreck killed that intro beat.

yea its a good lil sound to start the album off....they shoulda made a song over that beat....same thing with "Da Boss Would Like to C You"...that fuckin beat was nuts but snoop didnt make a real song on it...

"Run On Up" is mad dope, same with "MLK", I like "Twist Ya Body too"...the beat that bangs the most in the car from the 213 cd is "Absolutely" tho, that shit bangs hard.
