He's a southern producer at the top of his game... was with the biggest name in the south, Cash Money.. Lil Waynes blowin up.. He's gotta be in such high demand right now... right?

...yet, he leaves Cash Money, forgoing an opportunity to work on The Carter II.  And now hes signing to Bunglo?? I mean, why sign to a not so big label like Bungalo especially after what happened with Quik.  If that Suga Free remix is any indication of his future production style, Im not impressed.  If you ask me, it would be cool if he was still working with Baby but worked out a deal where he could be free to do outside production.

He wasent free to do outside production?

No one really knows for sure.  Mannies departure is still some what of a mystery.  There was talk of money issues.. then a statement issued that they resolved those issues.. I'm just speculating that part of the reason he wanted to leave involved gaining the freedom to work with anyone which goes against CM's winning formula of keeping it all in the family.  That, ownership and money contributed to his decision to leave.. is my guess.
