Does gangtsa chameleon Snoop Dogg have trouble reading?

Last night at the teen choice awards Snoop kept shit real muthafukkin G, but was a chameleon also by presenting an award with on of the Olsen twins


anyway, when he was reading the teleprompter when preseting some award he was reading it mad slow and that olsen crack head was looking at him funny when he was reading it.  Then when he finished reading it the Olsen twin was telling tim "good job' WTF, then when Snoop didn't use the prompter he spoke normal again

exactly, I'd say most people at those award shows can't see the prompter clearly and speak slower.

They might have had a bit to drink prior .. who knows.

Sometimes the people operating the teleprompter could be fucking it up, like making the words scroll too fast or too slow. Ive taken television broadcasting classes and Ive heard of some cases where the reader reads the sentences are being submitted to the screen.
