It could be anyone. My first impression was that it was Yayo, since The Game always claims he's a lot older then he is claims to be.

Shit it could be fuckin anybody.  Ice Cube is how old?  That's part of Game's reportoire - throw subliminals at no one in particular and let everyone go crazy at who he's dissin when in reality its not aimed at anyone in particular.
