Quote from: Rastaman Vibration on August 28, 2006, 07:36:50 AMYeah, he's kinda got more experimental as hes gone on, so its becoming more ambient stuff, which is still real dope, but I dunno if really what you're looking for. His first few albums are all more ambient sounds with hiphop beats kinda style, which by the way people seem to label as Trip Hop, although groups like Massive Attack and Portishead are also lumped into that.okay.. thanks for the information.. could you hook up "DJ Krush - Meiso" ?BTW... thanks to all the people who replied.. im downloading like crazy now

I've got some Massive Attack stuff on my MP3 player though so I'll upload some of that later on tonight.
i listened to an album by Dr Who Dat the other day at work and thought it was extremely dope sounds similar to Dj Shadows style, dont know how easy it will be to get hold of the album, its called Beat Journey,
try some old school Herbie Hancock or Afrika Bambataa
ill see if i can find it later on, might cop it later on in the week, if i do ill hook it up.
Good stuff, I didn't like the downloadable one much but the others were good.
