I don't mind skits, if they're done right...The W-Ballz skits and Gangsta Granny skits are a couple of good ones...Didn't really like the mike epps skit on Cube's record, probably cuz I don't find Mike funny at all

Yeah but if only there were at the end of the preceding track, so I don't have to listen to "you can have em in navy blue, right" and all that shit before Glaciars of Ice

Very rarely they're good. The last one I actually liked was Chappelle doing his Rick James impersonation on the 213 album.

And fuck Pause 4 Porno!

Pause for porno was fucking dumb, yeah lots are dum...some are good

My favorites was the o.g granny by w.c wich he said would never happen again in the dub interview.... but yeah there some good ones out there. If you listen to older records they are better then the ones today.

Yeah, gangsta granny from the maad circle albums is one of the few that I liked.
Being a LAKER is a privilige. Unfortunately some "Lakers" have forgotten that.

Yeah the suck. But the one on Cube's latest album (Call from Mike Epps). I got a laugh outta that. Gotta love Mike Epps  :)

I agree they're good for a laugh every now and then, but for the most part they just get in the way and mess up the flow of the album.

yeah i agree. there's a skit worth listening to every few years. but 97% of the time they're worthless and just there to make the album look like it has more songs.

if kanye would learn this, he would've got a XXL for his first album.

As long as they put the skits at the tail end of tracks as a precursor to the next track it doesn't bug me.  You can just hit next and get to the next song with out ffwding.  Its when they put them at the beginning of the track and you have to fast forward for 1:30 before the beat comes in it pisses me off.  Take 36 Chambers - One of the greatest rap albums ever, but they put too many skits at the beginning of songs and i'm fast forwarding all the god damn time.  When I got a 15 minute drive I wanna bump beats not fast forward.

And yes, most skits are completely disposable anyway.  You hear it once, you don't give a fuck to hear it again. (There are exceptions, but they aren't the rule).
