?? is there any program you can download that makes mp3's come in louder ??

Audacity'll do or something like wave-editor.. Most of the time you can normalize the MP3s, otherwise you have to put the 'levels' louder, like +4 dB or depends on how soft the track is.

That won't help, changing the bitrate doesn't have anything to do with volum level..

With Sony Sound Forge, you can change the volum level to what you want, probably with other audio editor tools as well.

that dont work, idid a search on google and found a free program, that u can set your DB to a desired rate and it will change your mp3 all to that or very close too atleast
