Sorry guys i'm not a real hardcore wwe fan (i watch it sometimes, for fun) but i was watching a Mick Foley video on youtube and i was thinking about the fact that i've probably only seen great fights with Mick being defeated. I mean i remember a crazy I Quit Match vs The Rock, the Hell In The Cell matches vs Undertaker and HHH, the recent matches vs Edge and Rick Flair.. and Mick is always defeated. Does he have any GREAT matches like those ones where he actually wins? lol. Oh and what do you guys think about him anyway? He's crazy, but i consider him just a stuntman who takes painkiller pills and shit like that. Am i wrong? I mean he's a fatass who can't even wrestle! He can only make other wresters looks good.

Yeah that's what i'm saying. Man some of his matches are disgusting. I mean i prefeer the old school matches by Bret Hart (my fav one ever), Kurt Angle, Benoit, Van Damme.. those ones CAN wrestle, imo. They can make an enjoyable show. Personally i find it very annoying to see anybody almost killing this fatman with chairs, hammers and shit and reducing him to bleed like a muthafucka. This ain't wrestling, imo. This is more similiar to a street fight. Wrestling should back to thier roots imo, where there was def less blood but hella more tecnique. You know what i'm saying? All this hardcore shit is ruining it.

you are correct, its just for me it was much more enjoyable watching a Benoit, Jericho, Angle or Bret Hart wrestling then Foley getting bodyslammed over a bunch of thumbtacks.

He's somehow special, yeah. I mean nobody in the wwe business can take punishments on his body like him, and he should be respected for that.
But he's not a wrestler the way i mean it. He looks more like a man on drugs doing a street fight. The fact he's on the ring isn't even a part of his show.
I mean he can't have a great match without thumbtacks, chairs, hammers, cells... He can't stay a whole match on the ring and look decent.
That's what i mean.

Foley can wrestle. Check out some of his earlier matches.

And the great thing about Foley is his willingness to put other's over, even legends like Flair. Foley had creative control over his last match with Flair and he wanted to purposely lose. The only other person who was over like Foley was and willing to put a wrestler over was The Rock and now HBK. HHH wouldn't do it until recently. Most big wrestlers don't want to. I know how much Hogan gets love around here, but at his age and his position, he should be putting people over more often.....Lord knows Orton could of used it.

All-in-all, the fact that he loses is one of the many reasons Foley is a legend.

Flair is as over, or MORE over than Foley, and he consistantly puts over everybody.  Flair loses as many matches as Foley does... and  Flair also wanted to lose the match with Foley.  In my opinion, Flair is a better entertainer, and by far a better technical wrestler... of course Foley never claimed to be a technical wrestler so I don't really hold that against him.

so true...thats why Vince screwed over Bret cause he wanted Bret to REALLY put Shawn over, even tho he was already huge at the time...
