I didn't think that Busta track was Detox level......I'd say "Been through the storm" and "Don't get carried away" were though.

If he only did 12 tracks, I wouldn't be mad because I'd probably love 4-6, like 3-4 a whole lot, then think 2-3 were just whatever.....regardless of how dope any artist is, I rarely like EVERY SINGLE TRACK....even 2001 had a few songs I would usually skip. Along with 2001, Doggystyle and Dogg Food are two of the only albums that I can listen to the entire way through, and I never liked "So much style" a whole lot, and I don't always feel like hearin "Serial Killer".

I don't think I liked that storyline concept with the hooker dying though....it sounds corny, at least on paper.

to me it seems like some of these other producers are trying to make themselves feel important mentioning "Detox"

I think Dre's played the background enough...he's gotta come back full circle or it's not going to make sense...I can't really imagine Detox living up to all this hype. Seems like every other Dre beat was supposed to be for Detox...if it's like that, we've heard about 3-4 versions of a particular Detox style. I still think he's capable of dropping some shit that'll blow everything outta the water, but it looks like this album's never gonna drop.

 he wants to make sure his artist albums are being put out first not to mention his work on The Games
"Docters Advocate" he has put the Detox album on hold insuring all his
time and energy will be on releasing his artist albums.
