I can't believe that Vince never put in his usual 3-6 month no compete clause to stop this sort of thing happening
The only reasonable explanation behind that is that Angle is in such bad state, that the no complete clause was waived since he can't compete anyways.......but even that doesn't make sense.

Then you have conspiracy theorists that think this is some elaborate plot to destroy TNA with an inside man, which is too out there for me to believe.

If TNA keeps this up, and picks off major names that the WWE releases, they could be on to something. unfortunately, I think Jarrett's ego will get in the way and fuck everything up. Plus, they just recycle gimmicks (Abyss) and lack real direction in the company. Angle and Christian are good starts......possibly Jericho will be there in the future, but they will need to develop their own stars too. They got a gem in AJ Styles and for some reason he's tag champ, and not world champ.

I do with TNA the best o fluck, and I'll actually be tuning in this Thursday which will be a first.

what is there to destroy i believe the hall, nash ,bret hart theories much better.

At least as crazy as those theories are, they have slight validity because WCW was actually a threat. TNA isn't gonna come close to that for probably another decade if it even lasts that long.

Wrestler have the right to waive the no compete clause if they want. They usually don't because it meeans 3 less months of WWE money. For someone like Rhyno it would be stupid to pass up the tens of thousands he'd make in a few weeks to jump right into TNA and just wait it out and start when the clause is over. Angle may not care about the cash sinse he already should have so much. Or he may still be on it and found a loop hole in the deal where as long as he doesn't show up it's okay. This only works with wrestlers who were fired. If you walk out on your deal then you may have to stay until the end or fight it out like Lesnar did.
