Not to say he actually did fall off, but you can certainly make an argument that 2pac DID indeed fall off.......he went totally commercial on All Eyes on Me, after an incredibly heartfelt and mature album (Me Against the World).  Now, AEOM is one of my fav's ever, but i respect people who don't feel it after Pac saying he was done with the Thug Life type shit.....most hiphop purists would say Me Against the World was Pac's finest album......if you go with this theory then you can argue he did indeed go downhill.  I have to admit his subject matter became tired on AEOM and Makeveli, hoever it is hard to deny all of the hits on those albums.  So commercially i would say Pac improved for sure, otherwise i would say he took a slight dive.....but only fell off in a few people's eyes.  PEACE

this is hard becuase just about every artist that i know of has went down from their pinacle, even if it's just by a little bit

even outkast and ghost face who are still dope but arn't as good as they were at their best, outkast went from like a 10 to a 9.5...lol and ghost went from an 9 to a 9.5

Let me clarify:

I never said Who has always came with a classic album. I mean who has never went from a completely dope album to a pile of garbage (ex. Cube, Kurupt, Snoop etc.)

I shoulda said who has remained constant on their albums and never completely flopped. I would say Outkast and Ghost could be on that list.

The reason I'm asking is cause I just know who is dependable.

i'd have to say pac, he has never fallen off on album. cause even when he was alive you got tyte shit on every album. compared to snoop who kinda fell off right around the signing of no limit. his shit sounds like some soft gangsta shit now.
