without gettin too complicated and specific about ur situation, heres the general deal1. cut out the bullshit, fast food, junk food, pop2. drink lots of water, and try to have an occasional fruit or vegetable3. eat often but small portions throughout the day4. 3-4 days of workin out, involvin cardio and weightsif ure not in better shape within 3-4 months then i aint the Kingthe above is how King Tech went from 285 lbs to 225 lbs over a year
There's no secret. You simply take in less than you need to sustain your current weight. Less calories = weight loss. Eat healthy and 5-6 times a day. Exercise helps speed up the process. It's simple, the hard part is being disciplined.
And enjoy life and once a week, eat whatever you want. Like someone above said, it's about moderation. Once a week you can go out and eat, drink whatever you want. Just go back to your regulr routine the next day.
