That Mr.Shadow & Knoc-Turn'Al "619 to 310" is dope as fuck.  Also this dude named "Yama" just released an album, I heard 2 tracks and they weren't bad. Plus he spent the last 6 months or so recording in L.A., and he ended up landing Knoc-Turn'Al, Kurupt, Boo Yaa Tribe on the album. I grew up off of Cypress so off top, Id say Psycho R.  But lately, Ive been listening to alot of Hi Power stuff cuz they kinda hot right now.  So my vote goes to Capone E because hes got one hell of a buzz right now.

Im not so into Chicano rap that Im digging into their rap sheet.  All I know is that Hi Power has a nice buzz and they are putting on legends out the west.  Outside of that, theres probably alot that I dont know about dude.  I could honestly care less.  Whatever they got goin is what they got goin... Im not so into Chicano rap that Im trying to figure it all out.
