To be 100% honest......the fact that I had never even heard Brotha Lynch til four years ago, and that I never really paid close attention to his songs til last week, makes it impossible for me to pick him over Snoop, who is one of my favorite two artists in history. From what I heard, Lynch did have a pretty dope flow, and I like how he would speed it up at times...but Snoop's was just sooo smooth, and still sounds modern to this day. Snoop's voice and personality definitely makes his flow sound even better to me. I would say Lynch's lyrics were better.

And I think I'd pick Krazybone's flow on some songs before "Rest in piss"...Snoop's flow is different, so of course he wouldn't rip like that track.

Im kind of confused that people are even bringing up Brotha Lynch...I have almost every brotha Lynch cd and i love the guy and i think lyrically he is amazing...but listen to him hes off the beat half the time...Rest In Piss his flow is CRAZY same with Refuse to lose and return of da baby Killa and Locced 2 da Brain, but he has plenty of songs where he doesnt stay on beat...BLH was the first rapper i ever heard bein from Sac...Snoops' Flow>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>BLH

Not quite on the west coat but Tech N9ne has the best flow and lyrics by far!!
Lynch is tight and Snoops got a sweet laid back flow but lacks a bit on content sometimes. IMO
