havent been to a doctor in 1.5 years

last time i went was when i got the stomach flu and was barfing like a mofo
i needed a doctor's note though cause i had two midterms that day and couldn't write it, they needed a doctor's note
and i was suppose to work that day as well, my manager tried forcing me to come in...i came in alright, but with the doc's note and gave it to them
