Crooked I on the new DJ Clue Stadium mixtape
« on: December 04, 2001, 11:25:31 AM »
Crooked I is on a song on DJ Clue's latest mixtape, Stadium series 4, on a song with Cadillac Tah and members of Murder Inc. Records.  Irv Gotti is on the beginning of the track shouting out Suge and Death Row, and Clue is doing that "New Shit!, Murder INC/Death Row, Cadillac Tah" bullshit on the track.  Interesting is that the dude doing the hook sounds similar to Nate Dogg.  The track is called "Next Niggaz", and you can hear it here:

Holy shit, Nate Dogg is supposed to be on Cadillac's album; i remember reading that Nate said his only appearance that is coming out before his album is one with Cadilla Tah, cuz he wanted people to concentrate on his album, not all his guest appearances.
THis is some crazy shit......i haven't heard the song though, does it sound exactly like Nate DOgg?

Somebody says in the begining that they are bringing out the new Ni**az Eastwood and Crooked I... (eastwood is a new artist on the row) Since I dont know what cadillac Tah sounds like I have no idea if eastwood is rapping or singing... Perhaps a Cadillac tah fan could tell us who he is... I hate to admit it, but this song is hot hot hot... If this is the quality of the new shit the row releases... well... lets just say Im liking this...

Eastwood is a rapper from the Los Angeles area.  I agree, a very tight effort, and this is just the beginning for re-birth of Tha Row.  expect some more collabo's with Murder Inc. in the future.  I've heard a couple of Eastwood songs, and both he came tight.  He is the first person rapping on the song, followed by Crooked I.

This is a tight effort by The Murderers and Tha Row, and I bet the extremely biased Snoop fans will hate on it cuz it is Death Row.  I'm happy to see that Tha Row is getting recognition, especially on the east coast.  I hope this song is on Cadillac Tah's album.

uppin for that extremely biased Snoop fan who compared Eastwood and Spider Loc to Allfrumthai, though Eastwood and Spider Loc are not a group.  Also, you claim they are both "ok" and "nothing special" when you haven't even had the chance to hear one of them rap.  Of course you can't read all of this because the post where he said this was deleted because he was losing an argument.  Also, he called Swoop G wack, which is funny because Bad Azz sounds very similar to Swoop, so if you call one wack, you have to call the other wack.  well, here's your chance to listen to Eastwood.

Them haters won't even respond LOL. I gotten a few f my post deleted for no reason. I didn't come off calling anyone out they name just speaking facts about Snoop. What do I get fo my trouble? All the post that the mods felt Dogghouse was made to look bad in they were deleted. On top of that I get called Niggaz and my posting rights were taking away for no reason.

It's a shame that's true, especially since this is a West Coast Connection forum, and last time I checked, Tha Row was based in Los Angeles.  the posts that I had on that one thread were deleted as well.  notice how the only reply's on that post are dissing Tha Row, and how the person who was trying to argue with us deleted the posts once he realized that we had made valid points and that he made a couple of stupid comments.  I know the haters won't reply, and they probably won't reply to any Row related posts if they become successful.  They will still have there extreme bias and say their music and artists are wack, though they have never heard of them.

I think this is bullshit that any post in which Dogghouse Records is proved not top be God-like and almighty is deleted.  When one of the mods was proved wrong and made himself look like a fool, he deleted the post.  When you_all_dick_ridas posted that shit on the who'll get the last laugh Suge/Snoop, making excellent points and disproving half of these Snoop worshippers wrong, the post is deleted.  I'm not suprised if this post is deleted.  There are too many Snoop dick riders, who take everything Snoop does so seriously.  Get your heads out of your ass and realize that Dogghouse Records, on a business level, is selling worse than Tha Row.  2001, Tha Row released 3 albums and re-released it's entire collection, with no new material coming from its current artists, and sold about 4-5 million albums this year (Pac has sold between 4-4.5 mill of UTEOT, DMW and DPG 2002 have sold a combined 500,000 copies, disproving what Oasisgnr aka dontfight aka SugeFight said, and the re-releases have sold almost 100,000 copies).  Snoop is the only person on his own label who cna push units.  You can claim all you want about "quality over quantity", but the bottom line is that old material by ex-inmates has sold about the same as new material by DoggHouse Records, and that is truely pathetic.  I know who deleted these posts, and this mod, who is one of the most ignorant people I've ever seen post, is truely the most biased Snoop fan out there.  He claims that Spider Loc and Eastwood are "ok" and "not as good as AllfrumthaI".  Funny Dogg mentioned this cuz he was talking out of his ass when he made that comment.  Considering the first time you could hear Eastwood was in this post, that right there shows how ignorant and completely biased you are.  Next, he calls Swoop G wack.  Funny, because Swoop G and Bad Azz sound very similar to each other, so for you to call one wack and the other good is hypocritical.  Above The Law washed up?  Hutch is still producing bangers for Tha Row, and will continue to do so.  You have demonstrated Dogg that you have no clue what you are talking about when it comes to Tha Row.  You better read up and be able to see through all the bullshit that is said about Suge.  I suggest you read the article in King magazine about Tha Row, where Snoop and Dre are rarely mentioned, and the future of Tha Row is highlighted.  It is a very good article, that doesn't force Suge to do any ridiculous name calling.  It's people like a couple of these mods, who are very luck to be mods considering only one of them has a site, that have made the west coast turn against each other.  The constant Snoop/Dre/DoggHouse/Aftermath Dick riding that 95% of y'all do is one of the reasons that people clown the west coast.  Like it or not Tha Row Records is part of the west coast, and just because they've done crooked shit in the past, doesn't mean they will in the future.  Tha Row in 2002, will come out with the new shit, and all of you Snoop dick riders, like the one mod, will hate on it without hearing the product.  Some of them, will THEN jump on Tha Row bandwagon and start saying how tight Tha Row is.  I am a Snoop fan myself, but not overly obsessed with him to say everything he touches is gold, like most of y'all do.  I just don't like the direction he's going, especially with this Super Crip shit.  If San Diego didn't teach him a lesson, I don't know what will.  I'm not dick-ryding Death Row as well, ignorant fuck.  I don't like some of their decisions, such as the signings of Ray J and Nina, but they are still producing hot shit.  Their future looks much brighter than DoggHouse, especially since all of you raced out to get The Wash soundtrack, which was way over hyped, and it hasn't sold well at all.  Most of you need to get your heads out of your asses before you speak.

Tha Row hasn't released an album from one of there album since what, Daz or Rage - in '98?

Now come on, stop feedin of off Pac, Snoop, DPG and Dre.  Move on with the hot young talent you claim to have.  Put out new music at least.

If they don't do that, then they do not have a righter future than Doggystyle.

last album that Tha Row released from current artists was from Michel'le in August 1998.  in 2002, Tha Row will be releasing the new artists, along with the new Pac cd in February.  From hearing Eastwood and Crooked I on this track, I'm very excited for Tha Row's future.
