Microsoft's customer service has been great for me. My xbox (original) broke (probably my fault), i shipped it to them, and had a brand new one within a week. The second xbox broke a year later and I got another new xbox just as quick as the first time. I have no problem with Microsofts customer service.

.. and you have no 360 bought on Launch day.  This entire discussion is about systems bought on launch day.
