Yeah get "Its Dark and Hell is Hot", that is a must buy. Then If you like it get "The Great Depression" or "Flesh of my Flesh,Blood of my Blood". IMO "And then there was X" is his worst album.

I will hook you up with pictures and links of some real music you should be spending your money on.  Flawless... you got their new shit?  Bet cha dont...   email me and I will put you on to some real music from real artists who actually have some creative control over their product.  There are too many indie artists for us to support from the West.  Fuck that Jiggy east shit.  They makin they money.... now what about OUR indie artists?  Whos gonna stand up for them?  I know I will!!!!

The point of this is that this is a Westcoast board.  Im always tryin to get people up to date with Westcoast music and no one seems to care.  

Call it Westcoast dick ridin... I call it Westcoast rep'in like the title of the board says.  You got magz out there trashin Westcoast artists... and nobody cares.  The East may have created hip hop, but without the west, they wouldn't know how to sell it.  

Now dont get me wrong, Im just debating this issue... I aint tryin to start wars... so let me tone down...  All I wanted to do was grab some attention for the West and I've done that.  That was the reason for the tone.  The West needs more support now then ever.

If anybody is lookin to spend money and they dont know what to spend it on... I can help you with that.  That was my point.  Hellraiser... good lookin on the honesty... I aint tryin to piss members off.  Maybe it came out wrong... the point of my post was to generate some feedback, and bring some focus back to hard working Westcoast artists who get over looked for artist like DMX who is waaaay over rated.  He wouldnt be where he is if Pac was still here.  That would be true for most plat selling Eastcoast artist right now.  Ja Rule, Jay Z, Jada, Fab, etc.

Yea i see what your sayin, but what about Nas, Mobb Deep, Wu Tang Clan, Gang Starr, Tribe, Public Enemy, The Roots, Biggie, etc etc?? All of these have put out at least one classic, some of them more. Im not a big DMX fan in the least bit. His first album was a near classic, but he fell off after that, though his new album is probably his best one since his debut. But I think the east would still sell just fine even if the west had never dominated......matter of fact, it was albums like Illmatic, 36 Chambers, Ready To Die, Midnight Marauders, and The Infamous, all of which went at least platinum, that helped keep the east coast alive during the "Chronic era".......

By the way, I dont hate the west coast at all. Im from there, and some of my fav albums ever are west coast. Not to mention that my fav MC ever [2Pac] is a west coast MC.
