From, born and raised in West Los Angeles.  Hamilton High School Grad.  So let me say this... I aint tryin to piss members off.  Maybe it came out wrong... the point of my post was to generate some feedback, and bring some focus back to hard working Westcoast artists who get over looked for artist like DMX who is waaaay over rated.  He wouldnt be where he is if Pac was still here.  That would be true for most plat selling Eastcoast artist right now.  Ja Rule, Jay Z, Jada, Fab, etc.

Good lookin on the feedback.  Yes, I am from the West.

It cracks me up how everybody thinks 90 percent of rappers out there wouldnt be in existance if Pac was here.

Thats just my opinion dogg.  Of course I cant prove it cuz the greatest died.  But IMO, he and the west would be ruling... just based on the energy and momentum they had at the time.  After Pac died, the "Pop fans" got scared and switched their focus from real to fake. (Which is a normal thing to do in response to a tragedy)  Fake is easier to stomach cuz at least they know its fake.  Sorta like WWF.  People like it cuz they know aint nobody really bein hurt.  Pac was too believable back then.  He scared the corp. sponsers of his own music.  The music thats coming out now... The music that Master P put out in 98, etc... its all so fake that its harmless and record companies are cool with sponsering it.  This is the current formula behind most albums today.  Keep it fun... and if it gets ugly... make it real ugly so people know that your just telling a story... Like another Terminator movie.  I mean, look at this Eastcoast beef shit thats goin on.  Jigga, Nas, Jada, Beans... etc.. Please.. these fools dont know nothing about beef.  Its all pub.  Its all fake and stupid.

Pac wasn't playin.  He was dead serious.  People like Pac where too real.  Too believable.  IMO...  thats just my theory.
