computer problem

So ive had this pc problem ever since i bought it and im acualy thiking of selling it back now. Ive had for a year and the problem at a couple of times seemed to had resolved.

The problem is when i turn it off and i try to turn it back on say the dya after the screen dosent come on and i have to press reset.
If i do withing 5 minute usualy it dosent do it.
We have boosted the power of the pc, reformatted ( dint have problmes briefly)
Bough a new power bar( again fixed the prob briefly)
What is there to do ? Im thiking of buying a new screen all togther the guys i bought it from said i shoudl bring it in i say fuck em.
