he deserves it. I mean, I forgot my card all the time, but if they had tasers if you forgot, best believe I would brought it all the time. You don't even use it unless you check out a book, so it's not big deal, but if you know they are going to taser you until you shit in your pants, I'd remember to bring it. That fucker deserves it.

The thing is... when the cops got there he was getting ready to leave... one of the cops grabbed his arm and he said "get off me".. that's when the cop busted out the taser on him... and this dude dropped to his knees and they kept tasering him cuz he wouldn't (and probably couldn't) get up... they tasered him even after they had him in handcuffs (and under control).. so it was just a couple of bitch ass cops on a powertrip... a witness asked one of em for his badge number and his response was "move back or ill taser you too" lol
