It would be hard for Supafly to fall off since he never really got on, knowwhat i am sayin?  I mean, ya he is tight, but he never has been huge and never even really had a solo album except the one released on Daz' label.  If ya wanna do this though, i would say then that RBX has never fell off because he is ALWAYS tight on the mic and he sounds the exact same as he did during the Chronic days.
Also, I don't think Xzibit ever fell off, he just changed up his style a little and blew the fukk up.  PEACE

Dr. Dre and 2Pac

Pac never fall off.

Dr. Dre - YES

"Dr. Dre 2001" was an album about coming back from his days of "Dr. Dre Presents...The Aftermath" and "The Firm."  Dre was gone from like '97 intil '99.  He popped up once and a while and the music he made was nowhere near what he had come up with in his Death Row days.

;D

DJ QUIK - All of his albums are platinum status to me. I can listen from the beginning to end on all of them. He has never fallen with his production or his rapping. IMO he is a westcoast legend.

2PAC - Like Quik, I own all of his albums and like Quik I can listen to them from start to finish. He even got better lyrically at the end of his career.

WC - He's still tight since his first album

Dr.Dre - Like some peeps said, he was just gone from the game but he didn't fall off. Some peeps actually don't like the Chronic 2001. At first I didn't either but after a few listens I absolutely love the album.

MC Ren - IMO he has not fallen off.
