Theres some programs I wonder if I might have to delete because they are huge ( around 145 to 150 mb)

There names look like : J2sE Environnement 5.0 update 6, Update 3 and Update 5... Are they important updates? And if yes, Should I only keep the most recent one or all of them?

Those are Java development environments/tools/something. My guess is, if you don't program with or use some Java based applications, you don't need 'em.

But if you find something not working after you remove them, you can always get them back. Just search Google and you'll find 'em.
