Dubcnn recently spoke to Chingy to disucss his latest release Hoodstar that is currently in stores. We took time to talk about where his moniker originated, his artistic influences, working with DJ Quik, his upcoming Get It Boys project, what he does in his spare time and even take a moment to get Chingy's thoughts on Global Warming in this exclusive interview!

He spoke exclusively on his latest project Get It Boys to Dubcnn and told us how much love he has for the west coast.

Props on the interview, but it seems like Chingy doesn't offer anything special as an artist. He does give it up to the West tho.

Nice interview, I love how it was more about what he did with Quik and other West Coast artists rather than his own shit.  That's good though, cuz that's all we really care about on this board.

Cool interview once again, even though the only occasions I really listen to Chingy's stuff is on Quik's or Mac 10's record. You see the occasional video of course, but you know.

That global warming question was kinda weird though, the hell was up with that?

haha yea I wanted to know his views on that planet warming shit. They had shown this documentary about Global Warming that nite and I just freestyled most questions and that was one of them.

Tired of asking the same shit over and over again. It's good to sometimes throw in something that noone would ask the artist.
