Snoop Dogg's 3rd Death Row album Tha Doggumentary.
« on: November 29, 2006, 03:14:34 PM »
Does anyone know what songs where supposed to be on that album?  My friend told me that he thinks Midnight Love and Eastside with Tray Dee and Daz were supposed to be on the album.

I think some of the songs that were released on "Dead Man Walkin" were supposed to be on it. I wonder why Snoop didn't release "Midnight Love" on The Doggfather.

"Midnight Love" was the first single from that album.  I think the OG Version of "Head Doctor" was another track that was supposed to be on the album.  Most of the tracks from "Dead Man Walkin" were from the Smokefest cd that Snoop put out.

damn did that "Head Doctor" Original version ever leak, that shit sounded smooth, on the Death Row Uncut dvd, wonder why they released that shitty version with Swoop G on it...also there were remixes that were supposed to be on Tha Doggumentary like the "Dogg Father Remix" and a remix of "Vapors" which never came out

A clean version of the song leaked, however someone was able to reverse the cursing in it and it actually doesn't sound too bad.  As for the version of "Vapors", a "live" version leaked, not sure whether it's the same one that was meant for the album.

Too High (Poly High) is another track I've heard was supposed to be on the album.

Anyone still have the cover?  It had Snoop standing by himself against a plain grey background.

Midnight Love is a CRAZY track, I simply love it

Would there be a good person around here to make a compilation of all those song that were supposed to be on that album?

He probably does.  Leftovers from his albums and other projects, he's got a shit load.
