BET's TOP 50 Greatest MCs
« on: November 17, 2001, 09:33:00 PM »
Check BET on November 24th, y'all... They count down the 50 greatest MCs ever for 6 hours of Hip Hop. It will probably be an interesting topic... In the ad, they have, Rakim, Tupac and I forgot who as the 3rd MC. I wonder if they'll give it to Pac or Ra. COZ IT HAS TO BE PAC OR RA. Anyway, y'all check it out, NOVEMBER 24th (next Saturday)... I'll try to post the whole thing as I see it unfold (if I get a chance), for those who'll miss it, so we can talk about it afterwards... One...

I Hope Tupac Isn't The Best. Sure He's The Greatest Rapper, And Porbably The Best Lyricist Ever. BUT, That Doesn't Mean He Is The Best MC. Tupac Can Not Match Rakim Or KRS One In MCing.

I got Thanksgiving break, SO HELL YEAH!!! Anyway, I think 'Pac well be number two to Rakim. I personally think 'Pac's the best though Rakim is the best lyrist. As long as Ice Cube is in the top 8, 'cause I know a lot of people sleep on Cube now, but his shit up until '96 was tight as hell, and even the War disc. Actually, Cube's only dissappointing album was Peace, and that disc in itself is a very good disc, just not to Cube's standard. Other M.C. I hope they don't sleep on, but proply will, Grandmaster Flash, the Message was TIGHT!!!, Slick Rick, Snoop Dogg, and actually LL Cool J. His later shit stank, but between '86 and '93 the boy was East Coast rap with Rakim.
