I Do'nt Like Fruity Loops, It's Very Limited.

You CAN Do This.

Use Cakewalk, Which Is Basically A Multitrack Editor.  Then, Go Online And Download Samples, Download Drum Hits... Not Full drum Lines, Just The Hits, Like A Snare Rap, A Cymbal Splash, Whatever You Want, It's All Available.

Then, Piece Together Using The Wav's You Downloaded A Beat.

You Can Also Download Horn And Bass Samples, But They'll All Be One Note.  With Some INTENSE Quality Control, You Can Replicate The Note Over And Over Again, And Then Manipulate Each Note, By Raising Or Lowering The Pitch, And Shortening Or Lengthening The Note To Piece Together A Melody.  It's Very Hard, Takes Forever.

On The Other Hand, You Can Just Plug A Keyboard Into Your Soundcard, And Record The Keys You Press.  Much Easier.
