I just stopped playin basketball after 13 years'(at a association) , and now im on the court like every fuckin day' ?

People say after you stop playin' for a while and then start again, it'll all come back. But it fuckin' hasn't all the way. Last year, my layups looked fuckin' disgraceful. So I quit, than after I quitted I practiced that night til like 9:30/10, no lie, til I got them just to reassure myself, than gave up. Still never got the fuckin' handle back though. And I've been doin' what your doin' since, on the internet, back and forth on days, tryin' to look for some videos and shit.

Sorry, but I can go on forever about this shit. Only thang on my mind 24/7. Lol.
