The Game is just a name dropper in general. He mentions Dre the most for obvious reasons, but if he wasn't such a name dropper and credit-giver, he would seem far less obsessed with Dre.

Wayne on the other hand is flat out in love with Baby.

At least Dre is well known and respected throughout the whole of rap and even the wider music industry, so Game just looks like an enthusiastic fan - there's a good reason for all the props.
